*TRAVELING:

The first 30km from Bellville will be free of charge, thereafter an additional traveling fee of R3.50 per kilometer will apply (round trip)

*PAYMENT:

We require a 50% deposit payment in order to secure your booking. No refunds.

The remaining 50% needs to be paid 2 days (48 hours) prior to the session. 

*PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED:

If payment for the session is not received in full 24 hours prior to the session, the session will be considered canceled.

If you made prior arrangement then the session will remain booked, however we do not accept cash on the day.  

*BOOKINGS & SPECIAL OFFERS:

Please note that if you book a session weeks or months in advance and receive an invoice, that amount invoiced is agreed upon and payable by the client. Should we happen to run a special in the month of your session, you will not be allowed to change your session to reflect the special price nor be entitled for a refund. We do not plan specials in advance and we offer them as we feel the need to. We cannot be held responsible for refunding clients that already made a booking beforehand. 

*SNEAK PEEK:

Sneak peek will be loaded on to Primo-Elect Photography's Facebook page within 3 days after the photoshoot session. 

*WHEN DO YOU GET YOUR FINAL PHOTOS:

There is a waiting period of 2-3 weeks before the final images are posted onto the online gallery. 

Please do not ask the photographer continuously when the photos will be done, should it be done sooner than the indicated 

waiting period, the photographer will inform you thereof.  

*DVD:

Personalized DVD's are available on requests and will be charged at R40 per DVD. If you would like to receive a DVD, please make prior arrangement so the amount can be added to the invoice. All DVD's must be collected within a week after it is ready. 

*PHOTOSHOOT SESSIONS:

We only do location based shoots and unfortunately no Studio work. 

Once a time has been confirmed by both parties (Primo-Elect-Photography & Client), we expect the client to be on time. Client must acknowledge that for every minute they run late, the time will be deducted from the time of their session. 

*WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU RUN LATE

Example 1:

If you have booked a 30min session and you are running 20-30min late, you will forfeit your slot. Together with the slot you are forfeiting your 50% non-refundable deposit and any traveling fees paid to Primo-Elect Photography.

Example 2:

If you have booked a 60min session and you are running 30-40min late, you will forfeit your slot. Together with the slot you are forfeiting your 50% non-refundable deposit and any traveling fees paid to Primo-Elect Photography.

The only monies you are entitled to claim back will be the remaining 50% of the session fee (including monies for DVD if applicable)

*Note that every minute you run late until the cut off point as indicated above, will be deducted from the duration of your session

*ONLINE GALLERY:

The photos will be supplied on a Online Gallery. The Gallery link will only be available for a month after supplied. It is up to the client to download the images for safe keeping. Should you wish to have something more permanent, please order a DVD.  

*PRINTS:

No printed images will be given unless otherwise specified. 

WEATHER:

Primo-Elect Photography cannot be held accountable for any weather/ nature related incidents which could affect your session.
